Cannot engage as a stop motion brake if the vehicle is in motion as the gearing will get all twisted out of working order

A pneumatic accustom clamps gearing together to hold the axel from moving in a lock position pressing together using compressed actuated magnetics with a gearing slot that can disengage for the axel to move while in use as a parking brake for any grade on all axels
